Ark HQ is what happened when a SafeSchool consultant got tired of writing the same policy three different ways for three different schools and decided to build the thing once, properly.
What we do
Four products built around how schools actually work. SafeSchool is the compliance programme — onsite visits, risk assessments, committee meetings, backed by a digital compliance backbone. Ark Academy is the training arm — short, accountable e-learning that produces evidence an auditor will accept. Giraft is the policy library that maintains itself. AskArk is the AI assistant that knows the difference between a Department of Education circular and a JMB template.
Each one solves a real, named problem. None of them is a feature dressed up as a product. The four sit inside the same compliance year so a school doesn’t have to integrate them — they were designed together.
Where we came from
SafeSchool started in 2014 with one consultant and a Tuesday-morning committee meeting in Middleton. By 2019 it was three consultants and a hundred schools. By 2024 it was clear the bottleneck wasn’t the visits — it was the policy work, the legislation tracking, the training reporting that always landed on the principal’s desk at 7pm on a Sunday.
Ark HQ is the answer to that bottleneck. The same expert hands; better tools underneath them.
